Returns: If for any reason you choose to return your purchase, we will refund the purchase price. You may return the product in the original condition within 30 days of the original shipping date for a full refund less shipping charges. You are responsible for the return shipping charges.

*Addi Turbo needles are returnable if defective as long as the insert to the needle is included in the package. A replacement will be issued when the defective product is received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
